What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

What problems is Salesforce Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce email studio allows me to keep track of what type of communication I've been having with clients and prospects as well as tying into the rest of the salesforce tools.
