What I like most about Salesforce Customer Success is that it focuses on what happens after the technology is implemented. In the complex Salesforce programs I’ve worked on, delivering the solution is only the beginning—the real challenge is adoption, continuous optimization, scalability, and making sure the platform keeps delivering business value. From my experience, there can also be a gap between strategic guidance and execution. Knowing that a customer should improve governance, adoption, or architecture is useful, but translating that into concrete implementation steps can still require significant effort from the customer’s own teams and partners.
