What do you dislike about Salesforce Adoption Dashboards?

Nothing really. You have to tweak it a little bit before using it, for instant to ignore API Integrations Users, (as they get most of the action but aren't really a user) but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Adoption Dashboards solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having consulted for dozens of companies, I've noticed that a big part of Change Management is adoption. Human processes more so than technical processes. This dashboard is a quick view of the behaviour of a companies employees, which can help pinpoint specific problems, not only with the technology part of things, but the behaviour of users.
