I don't think I've ever cursed this much in my whole life. Pardot is unnecessarily confusing, and Premium Support is nearly $200/month. Because Pardot is so confusing with its hidden menus and propietary terms for common concepts, there is so much that we pay for that we don't even know exists.
Every step of this platform involves a Google search to learn how to do something in English. Pardot's documentation sends you down a rabbit hole with voluminous and seemingly unnecessary explanations and backgrounds, plus the ridiculous terms for things, like the Marketing "cloud" instead of just calling it the "Marketing section," makes everything doubly confusing. I almost never go to Pardot first with a question.
When I told our Salesforce sales manager that the Premium Support (nearly $200 a month) wasn't worth it when we were renewing, he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and took it off our agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
