I like how I can set up various messages and flows to my campaigns. It works as described and automates the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a global database of all the contacts so you don't have to import them again for each campaign. You can always add new contacts to a campaign so it would be nice to see if you already have them in your contacts list

Also, there needs to be an easier way to duplicate campaigns. Right now, you have to create each one from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
