What do you like best about Salesfinity?

The people and team behind it.

You can tell there’s a real understanding of sales and what good looks like.

Specifically, the auto-listen feature is great! I can keep an eye on the entire team without missing when they connect, alongside the dialler and call review capabilities. It’s simple, practical, and genuinely useful for helping the team improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

Something to Be Aware Of...

The platform can occasionally glitch. For example, when I’m listening to a call, I can sometimes be unable to re-join after exiting, and we can occasionally get kicked out of listening rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outside of maximising our meetings booked... Salesfinity gives me better visibility and control over my team’s activity.

I can listen into calls, review conversations and use the data to coach reps based on what’s actually happening, rather than just relying on activity numbers.

Being able to engage with my reps during the discussion (Via the messaging capability), I know that "we" are then doing everything possible to get that meeting booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
