What do you like best about SalesDrive Technologies?

What stands out most about SalesDrive is their collaborative and hands-on approach. Rather than simply delivering a finished product, they worked alongside our team throughout implementation and made knowledge transfer a priority.

Our goal was to become self-sufficient in Oracle IC—to understand how to maintain the system, build new compensation plans, and develop reporting internally—and SDT fully supported that goal. They took the time to explain not just what they were doing, but why.

What do you dislike about SalesDrive Technologies?

I honestly have very little negative feedback. If anything, Oracle IC itself can be highly complex, and some challenges are more related to platform limitations or the complexity of compensation design than the consulting support provided by SDT.

SalesDrive Technologies helped us successfully implement and optimize Oracle Incentive Compensation in a highly complex compensation environment with evolving plan designs, multiple business lines, and significant reporting needs.

Beyond implementation, they helped us solve for scalability, automation, and long-term sustainability in our compensation administration processes.
