What do you like best about Sales Snap?

The clean, organized way Sales Snap handles multi-channel messaging — especially the Viber Messages section. At OMD we run targeted outreach and client-related campaigns across different markets, and being able to create, filter, and track Viber campaigns in one clear list (with Sent / Delivered / Seen stats, creation dates, and ownership) makes the whole process straightforward. The interface stays simple even when managing multiple message variants, which is exactly what we need for fast, consistent execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Very little. The dashboard is already intuitive for managing Viber and other channels. A bit more advanced bulk-editing or real-time performance alerts would be a nice future addition, but nothing currently gets in the way of daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Snap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, coordinating multi-channel campaigns (especially Viber alongside email and other channels) involved jumping between tools and manual tracking, which slowed us down and created gaps in visibility. Sales Snap solves that by centralizing everything under Channels. We can quickly set up and monitor Viber messages, keep clean records of who created what and when, and move faster on market-specific outreach. This has improved our response speed, reduced administrative overhead, and given the team clearer oversight of campaign performance so we can focus more on strategy and client delivery.
