What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?

The online option allowed us to easily involve people in all countries very cost-effectively. . The training was very practical and hands-on, and we were able to implement what we learned in our sales management process, particularly in the area of performance management. What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?

I had a very positive experience with the Sales Readiness Group's training program, and can't recall anything that I disliked. What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the training, our sales teams in the region had various sales management processes and local philosophies, resulting in a lack of common language and approach to manage performance issues and coaching needs. However, by incorporating the training into our daily management, we have developed a shared approach that considers cultural differences, enabling us to build high-performing sales teams across all countries. This has resulted in improved performance and success for our sales teams.

Now, each and every one of our sales team members understands the vision for their team/country and knows what to expect from their sales managers to further boost their performance. The training not only aligned all our APAC sales managers to improve sales leadership, coaching, and performance across the region, but also helped to clarify and unify our approach to sales management.
