What I like most about Sales Interaction Agent is how it cuts down on the manual work involved in sales conversations while keeping follow-ups more focused. The AI captures the key points from customer interactions, so I spend less time taking notes and more time actively listening.
For example, after a conversation with a prospect, having the main discussion points and next steps clearly laid out makes it much easier to follow up without having to dig back through all my notes. In a lead-generation role, where I might speak with several prospective customers about IT asset disposal and equipment buy-backs, this can save a significant amount of time and help ensure important details don’t get missed.
I also appreciate the straightforward user experience and the AI support, because they make the information from each interaction easier to apply instead of adding more administration. Overall, the biggest benefit for me is having better context, faster follow-ups, and more time to focus on building customer relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Sales Interaction Agent is that the AI-generated summaries and insights aren’t always completely accurate. Because of that, I still need to double-check key details before I follow up with a customer. It also takes a bit of time to get familiar with all of the features and integrations. Overall, though, these feel like relatively minor drawbacks compared with how much time it saves me on note-taking and follow-up administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
