The demo creator piece is a lot to unpack but I suspect some of that has more to do with the complexity of our products than an opportunity for improvement on your end.

The light sandbox doesn't seem to operate as advertised. We understood that it would be an "open playground" for participants to move around as they like, in any order, without any guardrails but it appears that we still have to identify areas and features to include, just like guided tours require.
