What do you like best about SaleCycle?

They stand out with an all-in-one package, without exceeding limits, allowing for unlimited A/B tests while maintaining perfect budget control. The solution also offers SaaS scenarios that add a true marketing overlay to PrestaShop to enrich the customer experience, personalize journeys, and optimize conversion. What do you dislike about SaleCycle?

What I appreciate less is the dependency on development timelines, which can slow down the implementation of tests and scenarios. I also changed contacts several times during our collaboration, complicating the continuity of follow-up. Finally, the tool's possibilities and support could be better explained: I almost ended our collaboration before discovering they could conduct a complete CRO audit and build an A/B testing roadmap tailored to our site's traffic. Salecycle helps us better leverage our site's traffic and identify conversion barriers. Its CRO audit allows us to build an A/B testing roadmap tailored to our traffic and prioritize optimizations. The all-in-one package, without exceeding limits and with unlimited tests, allows us to experiment while controlling our budget. The SaaS scenarios also add a marketing overlay to PrestaShop to personalize journeys and enrich the customer experience.
