I like how simple and intuitive Sakari is. Uploading contact lists is quick and easy, and Sakari automatically finds duplicate contacts, which saves time and helps keep our data clean. I can personalize messages, schedule campaigns in advance, and use reports to track campaign performance and results. The clean, straightforward interface makes it easy for anyone on the team to use, and the features we need make SMS marketing simple and efficient without unnecessary complexity. I’d like more detailed campaign-level reporting. SMS activity is mainly shown by date, and I’d like to see the total number of messages sent and performance metrics for each campaign.
