Sakari has been a great addition to our customer communication process. I find it user-friendly and easy to use. Its Zapier and Shopify integrations let me automate SMS notifications throughout the order process, keep customers updated, reduce manual follow-up, and save time. I like getting live notifications when I receive a message and being able to transfer calls to another phone number. A long time ago, we tried Sakari's calls feature, but it didn't work well. I believe we couldn't receive phone calls, though I can't remember exactly and haven't tested it again. Therefore, we starting using a different app for phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
