What do you like best about Sakari?

Easily integrated with HubSpot and allowed us to very quickly set up customer messaging flows that have helped us improve their experience with us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sakari?

It’s not really a “dislike,” but I do wish we could manage this directly within HubSpot, rather than having to use a separate pane of glass for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sakari solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to roll out scheduling, management messaging, and a variety of marketing workflows over SMS. HubSpot’s native SMS capabilities didn’t include everything we needed, especially for sending ad-hoc messages and building workflows triggered by customer responses. Sakari solved that for us.
