"Effortless Paperless Maintenance and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about SAIM?

In my opinion, the greatest advantage of SAIM is the ability to keep all maintenance records paperless, which helps ensure everything stays on schedule. I also find the SAIM phones straightforward to use, and it's simple to show others how to operate them. We use SAIM on a daily basis. Customer support has been second to none with any questions we have had since implementation at our station. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAIM?

What problems is SAIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding records has become much simpler, and it is now easier to communicate work orders to our maintenance team. The option to add attachments, like pictures and detailed descriptions of issues, is especially helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
