What do you like best about SailPoint?

Sailpoint provides a centralised view of identities and their associated accounts across multiple systems, which makes day-to-day IAM administration and troubleshooting much easier. The automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes reduce manual work, while the integration with systems like Active Directory, Entra ID and OKTA helps maintain consistent identity information across the organisation. What do you dislike about SailPoint?

My main frustration with Sailpoint is that too many administrative tasks require using APIs or Postman rather than being available through the UI. Account correlation issues can also be difficult to investigate and resolve, particularly when it's not clear why an account hasn't correlated correctly. Bulk administration is fairly limited, and troubleshooting provisioning failures can be frustrating due to a lack of detailed error messages and visibility into background processes. Sailpoint helps us manage identities and access across a large university environment with multiple connected systems. It automates processes such as account creation, provisioning, deprovisioning and access changes, reducing manual administration and improving consistency. Having a centralised view of identities and their associated accounts across systems like Active Directory, Entra ID and Okta also makes troubleshooting much easier.
