I love that SailPoint offers a flexible, modular implementation, which allowed us to iteratively build our solution in a complex environment. This flexibility made the transition from our old system smoother by enabling us to gradually expand functionality. Some of our core code has become complex, and we realized late in the day that we needed to change it, which proved to be quite difficult. However, I'm not sure how SailPoint could have made that easier for us. Also, a peer forum to share technical challenges would be awesome. SailPoint has good support, but sometimes being able to discuss a challenge with a peer would allow different perspectives to potentially simplify the problem.
