What do you like best about SailPoint?

Ease of integration and customization compared to other IAM tools. Customization on UI with Sailpoint IIQ as its stored within Apache Servers. CAn be scalable with multiple task and UI Servers with a Load Balancer in place. Pricing is handled by a different team all together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SailPoint?

Support resolution times are often slow, which creates frustrating delays when critical issues come up. On top of that, managing and validating custom code within IIQ feels cumbersome, and the tooling isn’t modern or streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

SailPoint solves the operational drag and security risks of manual identity management. By automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows and self-service password resets, it eliminates routine ticket backlogs and gives users day-one access. On the governance side, it centralizes visibility across hybrid systems, enforces Segregation of Duties, and turns stressful manual access reviews into automated, audit-ready certification campaigns.
