What do you like best about Saileor?

What I like most is that Saileor doesn't feel like just another EOR provider. They were genuinely involved in helping us build our team. They understood the kind of engineers we needed, were honest about what was realistic, and never tried to push candidates just to close a hire.

Once we made our hiring decisions, everything else was handled smoothly. Contracts, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee support all happened in the background, so our team could focus on getting the new hires productive. Whenever we had a question, we got a quick response from someone who actually knew our account instead of being passed between different teams. What do you dislike about Saileor?

Honestly, not much. If I had to point out one thing, it's that the hiring process can take a little longer when you're looking for highly specialized engineering talent, but that's more a reflection of the talent market than Saileor itself. They were transparent about timelines, kept us updated throughout the search, and never compromised on candidate quality just to speed things up. If you're a startup and planning to hire in India, especially for technical roles, I'd definitely recommend talking to Saileor. What problems is Saileor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were specifically looking to hire experienced AI and backend engineers in India, but finding the right people from India was much harder than we expected. We spoke to a few recruitment agencies, but they mostly sent resumes without really understanding what we were looking for.

Saileor took a different approach. They first spent time understanding our technical requirements, the kind of engineers we wanted, and how we worked as a company. Instead of flooding us with profiles, they introduced a small number of candidates who were actually relevant. We ended up hiring developers through them much faster than we anticipated.

What made the biggest difference was that they didn't stop at recruitment. Once we selected the candidates, they handled the employment contracts, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and everything else that comes with hiring in India. We didn't have to worry about setting up an entity or figuring out local employment regulations.
