I really value the flexibility of SAI360, as it allows me to build workflows tailored to how we actually assess risk rather than forcing us to use a generic template. This customization is crucial because I can set custom intake fields, risk tiers, and approval paths to automatically catch warning signs like abrupt ownership changes or mismatched banking details. It's rare for a platform to give an analyst this level of control, and it's proven its worth countless times. Even though the setup was quite involved due to this customization, the configuration flexibility made the effort worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The search functionality leaves something to be desired when I'm tracing a single counterparty across historical records or pulling together prior findings on a repeat vendor. I look forward to the promised upgrades, along with refinements that make the interface friendlier for those of us who spend the better part of the day inside the system.
