I really like that Sage X3 is very adaptable and customizable. It allows us to flex with our needs and our users' needs. We utilize Sage X3 for our locations in Costa Rica, Texas, Austin, and Atlanta, and we're able to implement things like work order tracking and shop floor control all through interfaces with the web. I think that we would like to see some improvement on the interface. The interfaces leave something to be desired. It's just too many clicks sometimes to get to the right thing.
