It’s a robust ERP system. I used it regularly for financial management, reporting, and operational control. One of its strongest areas is the general ledger and financial reporting module, which supports detailed tracking across multiple entities, cost centres, and currencies. I also found the ability to drill down from summary figures to transaction-level detail especially helpful during month-end reviews and audits, as it makes it easier to validate numbers and follow the underlying activity. The user interface can feel complex initially, especially for new or infrequent users. Easy tasks such as moving between enquiry screens, transactions, and reports; can take multiple clicks and require good familiarity with system SageX3 terminology,; that then adds friction and increases the learning curve.
