What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I like the cost center manager dashboard, it allows me to manage budgets easily and effectively. I also use the purchase requisition function which is extremely useful. I have been using Intacct for four years now, which has given me time to learn how to best use the system. Because of this I find it indispensable to my work. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

It takes a bit of time to learn the system. However once you do it is worth it. I would say things get easier as you use them. Additionally, as I have used intacct over the years it has gotten much better and I am happier with the services every year. I would say some of the updates have changed the system drastically and tutorials would help me learn these new updates more quickly. I dislike not being able to submit a PR with multiple class codes. This can be quite frustrating when I am processing reimbursements or consultant payments for those working on multiple projects. Additionally, I would think this feature would smooth out the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is much easier to manage budgets across multiple programs. I have definitely increased my efficiency through using this wonderful dashboard and I am very happy with the extensive services it offers. I would also say I am solving inefficiency by eliminating the need for outside tracking software, because I can manage everything in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
