I am a freelancer and work on my own, so when something goes wrong with my computer or printer, I do not have an IT department to call. I call Saffron Guru. This is my first time writing a review for them, and they have helped me so many times that I wanted to say more than just “great service.” I cannot remember every issue they have fixed, but I clearly remember when windows became corrupted and I thought I had lost my files, including photos from a trip to Turkey. They spent a lot of time working on my computer and eventually recovered them. I was so relieved to see those pictures again. When I signed up, I did not even know they helped with phones. Every now and then I download something without realizing it will make my phone slow or fill it with unwanted stuff. Now I call them, and they clean it up. I have used Norton and McAfee in the past. What I like about Saffron Guru is that they fix my everyday tech problems, their customer service is excellent, and I feel much more secure with the protection they have set up for me, and I am a happy customer...
