I mainly use SafetyAmp for tracking safety issues, and I appreciate its ease of use, which is fantastic and much more intuitive than many other safety software out there. It makes it super easy to get notifications to the right people without having to manually notify everyone. I love how it allows setting up different chains of command for different departments, so it alerts the right people without broadcasting to everyone. I also enjoy the ability to add pictures to incidents without any hassle, and the feature of having directives automatically sent to the correct individuals is top notch. I find it difficult to see trends at the user level and believe it needs improvement. Trends need to be visible from a company level and then separated by department, area, and individual, but the individual data should also be accessible to their supervisor or manager to distinguish between system and personnel issues.
