"Comprehensive, User-Friendly Safety Management with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about SafetyAmp?

I like how comprehensive yet user-friendly it is. It serves as a centralized management system for our entire company. Having all our safety documents, SDS sheets, and automated OSHA 300 logs in one accessible place is invaluable.

I particularly appreciate the analytics tab. The ability to create custom dashboards that show management and employees the information most relevant to them is amazing. The form builder is also a highlight. We use the forms for our training documentation, and building them in the system is very straightforward.

Probably what I like most, though, is the customer support. Our contact, Todd, is always available to answer questions and responds promptly. He trained me and my team on how to use the system, which made the whole process very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafetyAmp?

One area that could be improved for us, specifically, is stronger communication between forms and training. We’re using the system in a way it wasn’t really designed for—more like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. It does work, and the capability we’re looking for is there, but the overall process still feels a bit clunky and less seamless than it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SafetyAmp solving and how is that benefiting you?

SafetyAmp primarily solves the problem of decentralized safety data and cumbersome compliance tracking across our company. It removes the time-consuming headache of manual OSHA 300 log creation and reduces the confusion that comes from scattered incident reporting. It also addresses the challenge of tracking employee training by allowing us to use the form builder to maintain standardized, easily accessible records. Additionally, the analytics tab and custom dashboards help solve the challenge of communicating safety metrics to upper management in a digestible format, and most of the data we need is fairly easy to display visually. Finally, it ensures we always have immediate access to SDS sheets, removing a major compliance hurdle for teams working out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
