Oh how many times I've sent an email to the wrong governing body or individual! We had this incorporated into each user account at my previous employer and it helped correct SO many email typos while also protecting us by looking through the email before sending to make sure we aren't coming across too... well, cross. There have been quite a few learning steps while using the features from this specific tool and the MOST prominent has been the "fact" checking of emails and getting false negatives. It doesn't occur terribly often but it does present itself at the most inopportune moments, sometimes when the email address has already been verified and used previously.
