I like the practicality and ease of use of Safetica. The tool is very comprehensive and easy to handle. The AI for data classification helps me a lot to understand what types of data exist in my company. Safetica also helps me reduce the risk of leaks, identify the misuse of sensitive information, and control how this data is shared inside and outside the company. The solution works well, but I think Safetica could make policy configuration easier, make reports more intuitive, and simplify DLP event analysis. I would also like to have a chatbot within the tool to ask about user events and get answers faster without having to search the logs.
