What do you like best about Safeguard Global?

I actually like my human resources manager the most. She is always getting in touch with me, always being kind, and finding solutions to whatever my human resources related problems are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safeguard Global?

I don't like the system and the websites because it is hard to navigate. It's difficult to find where I can bill my expenses or manage my holidays, and it doesn't provide adequate information regarding my human resources related progresses. The initial setup was definitely challenging because the system didn't accept my passwords, and I had to change and re-enter them repeatedly. If it wasn't for my human resources manager Ivelina Sergeeva, who helped me personally, the system would have failed me multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Safeguard Global solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Safeguard Global for billing my expenses, and submitting holidays. Some webpages are easier but I sometimes find some of the webpages hard to navigate and not helpful for tracking my HR related progresses. I definitely would like the system to provide the employees with insights, tips regarding HR processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
