Safari Portal has become the hub of my luxury travel management business. It brings our daily operations, contact management, loyalty program management, and itinerary design together in one very easy-to-use, vertically integrated system. It reflects the nature of the trips we plan in elegance, effort, and cohesion. I love the customized app made particularly for my business, and how it keeps my business as the main focus. The financial tools, including invoicing, have been improving, and the trip dashboards are a game changer for organizing client travel and simplifying communication. The team is incredibly hands-on, keeps innovating with almost weekly or biweekly updates, and makes sure people understand new features. They take feedback and suggestions and turn them into realities, and I appreciate their level of care and support. The Claude AI integration has also been a wonderful connector improvement, and I’m excited to see the planned QuickBooks connection.
