One of the best things about implementing Saasquatch was that it helped us create a process for our referral program. This was new territory for us, and the team was helpful with questions ranging from the actual implementation to best practices for referral programs. No one on our team had run a referral program before, so their insights were very, very welcome and appreciated. The team was quick to respond when we had questions throughout implementation and after. Implementation from a technical perspective was a little more intense than our team was expecting. I think there could be better communication about that up front or just a little more proactive hand-holding. The Saasquatch team was great once we asked for more hand-holding, but implementation could have gone smoother from the get-go if there had been a little more direction. We would also love the ability to segment customer lists when exporting from Saasquatch.
