I really like impact.com's interface because it's easy to use. Whenever I want to create a campaign or share details with my users, it's straightforward. I can directly put the product link to get the affiliate link, or I can see campaigns and all details right in one dashboard. The user interface and user experience with impact.com are really good.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sometimes impact.com doesn't support Indian bank account transactions, which can be a problem for me. It would be great if this could be improved.

It's very fast in reporting, it gives very clear reporting dashboards, there are a lot of informative emails, it's active on LinkedIn, where I read more about the company, and payments are superfast when executed.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

It's been great working with Impact to build a referral program on their Impact/advocate platform. We've been able to design something really engaging for our customer base, and loved the ability to customise the referral program UX and emails to suit our branding and tracking needs. In the first six weeks we've had 13 converting referrals, ranging from small to enterprise sized businesses -  an outstanding performance for a new channel. We're thrilled by the result and can't wait to see the program grow as we work with our Program Strategy Manager Vinnie on marketing it. Finally, the onboarding and customer support was flawless. We could not have hoped for a better tech team to assist with our HubSpot integration - big shoutout to Kara, Alex, Emily for the expertise and immaculate response times, as well as Setyo and Jamie who supported us on the affiliate side.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

With the performance platform geared towards eCommerce use cases, we found it wasn’t the best fit for our B2B SaaS model. After being recommended to switch to the /advocate platform, we’ve been pleased with the outcome so far. It offers greater flexibility for our needs, and while there were a few early teething issues, the onboarding team was responsive and helped us work around them.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This implementation will help us utilise both customer and partner advocacy, which can be a challenging tactic to get right. It's been exciting to find out who's frequently recommending our Starshipit app to other businesses. This will enable us to recognise and reward them outside of our program benefits. We've also been able to re-engage our wider partner ecosystem, with more established partners suggesting sales team competitions using the referral program. It's only early days, but we're already seeing benefits and increased participation across the board.

They always calculate the commission on time and pay accurately. They also have a Google Chrome browser extension, so on any partner site I can generate an affiliate link in just two clicks, which means I don’t need to log in to my Impact account.

I think the platform has a lot of potential, especially for automations. However, the reporting isn’t as intuitive as the rest of the platform, which makes day-to-day work a bit more complicated. Also, in terms of affiliate communications and management there is a lo of room for improvement

Additionally, I like that I can receive payments through a single platform, and the invoicing system simplifies transactions for both paid collaborations and affiliate commissions. The integration of brand collaboration payments further streamlines my financial processes. The platform's ability to house all required information, links, and analytics under one roof is quite beneficial, making month-to-month performance tracking of different brands straightforward. Despite some initial setup challenges, impact.com has proven to be a convenient tool in the long run, fitting well into my workflow as an affiliate marketer. I highly recommend it to other bloggers and individuals beginning a career in affiliate marketing due to its comprehensive functionality.

I found the initial setup and signup process for impact.com had some complications, particularly issues with login and verification, though these were resolved over time. Additionally, the analytics interface of impact.com isn't very user-friendly and could be improved to enhance my experience when checking analytics. I also faced significant difficulties with their updated Tax form submission process. It became cumbersome, consisting of many steps, which were not all legally necessary, and my attempts at submission were rejected multiple times without clear reasons or instructions on what I had to correct. The customer support wasn't helpful in providing feedback or clarifications on how to correct these errors, which made the process more frustrating. I ended up using ChatGPT to lead me through the entire form submission and had to show questions and my answers and it helped me resolve these issues. If it was doable for ChatGPT, I don't see why Impact's support couldn't have helped their users. Seems like they'd prefer to lose me as a user than provide any kind of help with Tax form.  If ChatGPT hadn't helped me, I would have had to stop using Impact, and my income would have been frozen on the account because there was no way I could submit an updated Tax form.

I appreciate the ease with which I can refer my clients to a device and earn a commission through impact.com. It's beneficial to have the ability to visibly track when I get paid and know the timing of the payments. The versatility in payment methods, including options like PayPal, is an excellent feature that suits different preferences. Additionally, I find it great to be able to choose my own affiliate link and connect with multiple brands in one place, which simplifies the process of managing partnerships and expanding my reach.

I found that impact.com was not very easy to set up as it timed out quite a lot. Additionally, the affiliate link does not always work, leading to issues with my clients using my link, and I have not been paid. I also encountered difficulties when having to sign up for a global versus the US network, which was not straightforward or easy. I am concerned about the reliability, as it sometimes times out without providing any fallback or alerts about link issues, which has resulted in missing out on commissions.

I have been using impact.com for about two years as an account manager to track performance for our affiliate marketing brands that we promote as a publisher. Impact.com is definitely one of the larger networks we work with, and it is a pleasure to work with them. The seamless onboarding process, complete with instructional videos, made it easy for me to learn about the platform and ways to pull reports. Impact.com significantly eases tracking by offering much more visibility compared to other methods. The platform ensures that when assistance is needed, the customer success managers are prompt and supportive. I find the reporting features and the overall visibility on performance particularly useful. Additionally, the constant updates and attentiveness from the account management team at impact.com are aspects that add great value. The technology is also very valuable, and I am convinced enough by these facets that I would consider purchasing it again. I have given impact.com a recommendation score of ten out of ten to colleagues and friends, reflecting my satisfaction and confidence in its capabilities.

I find impact.com to be quite easy to use overall. The setup process wasn't difficult, and I appreciate how straightforward it is to navigate. The platform is beneficial for having everything in one place, which includes all of my earnings and related data, making management much more streamlined. It's particularly helpful to have access to all of the metrics and see all of the contracts and other pertinent details for each influencer site I manage. This centralized aspect greatly facilitates the organization and evaluation of my work. Overall, these features have enhanced my productivity and made it easier to keep everything organized.

I find the website to be a little bit finicky, making it hard to access. Often, I have to refresh the page several times to get it to work initially. Additionally, I wish there was a better app available for use, as the current one does not fully meet my expectations.
