I find impact.com very easy to use. I can log in right away and get the link I need to share. The user interface is very user-friendly, which makes it easier for me to understand details like the pending commissions and transferred amounts. I also appreciate the accessibility of the platform, where everything is available on the dashboard, including payment commissions and balances. This makes the software friendly and easy to navigate.

Creating a link can be confusing for new users since you have to add some details, which might not be straightforward. As a first-time user, I found the initial setup a bit difficult, especially setting up the embeddable form and connecting Instagram. It felt overwhelming with all the details popping up at once, even though I consider myself tech-savvy.

I like that impact.com doesn't treat me like just another account number in a giant database. I appreciate how impact's AI looks at my niche and shows me brands that have already signaled they want partners like me. Plus, I can filter by instant approval brands to get my links live on day one. The setup process is highly professional and comprehensive, which reduces technical issues later. I can integrate impact.com with Google Analytics 4 to track content performance and Payoneer to handle my international commission withdrawals. I also use impact.com Chrome Extension for daily management. I appreciate how impact provides a more direct relationship with brands compared to the traditional middleman model of legacy networks.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There are so many menus, sub-menus, and data lab reports that it can feel overwhelming for the first few weeks. It feels more like a piece of enterprise software than a simple affiliate tool.

The social media linkedin button shows disconnected, even when the link is added with no clear way to connect. Also, it would be nice to have at-a-glance views of how each company houses their affiliate program (ex what you need to do, is it linked based etc) as a onesheet so you have on file. I am currently keeping this separately

Impact.com is a platform that is quite easy to understand. I like that it consists of a very smart interface, thanks to various updates, both in artificial intelligence as such, which allows a creator to quickly understand where everything is. I think it has a lot of potential due to its educational opportunity, as I can self-educate as a creator. I also like that it has an educational content section to know exactly what I am doing and how to do it.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

More than anything, the translations, I think mainly this one, since we know that the platform was created in the English language, but now that they are implementing it in more Latin American countries, I think it must immediately have a translation in Latin American Spanish, so that we Latinos can understand it. I would also like all collaborations or all brands, exactly in their rules and conditions or terms and conditions, to also be complemented with videos or multimedia format, with photos, so that visually as a creator, one understands and knows where to click and how to carry out the correct implementation of the collaboration and to be able to earn money.

I like impact.com because it offers a good commission payout and makes it really easy to track my affiliates and create links. They provide a lot of the marketing materials that I can just copy and paste into my blogs, social media pages, or even WhatsApp groups. It makes it very easy to get the links and discover new brands, which is a great tool for earning commissions from brands I believe in. Managing commissions, links, and discovering new brands is all put in one place, making it convenient for me. Browsing through their marketplace allows me to find new brands, sometimes even getting preapproved, which makes promoting products super easy. The initial setup was straightforward, just following the given prompts, and I'd definitely recommend impact.com as it makes things very easy.

I do think that they can be more selective in terms of who they let on their platform. Some of the brands I find don't stay around that long. They aren't fully embedded. And it takes way too long to receive acceptance or rejection.

I use Impact to advertise e-commerce websites and earn commissions, and I find the infrastructure of tracking technology and payments really helpful. It allows me to work with hundreds of e-commerce advertisers without needing to integrate separately, and I can easily receive and track payments. The Impact UI is clear, but detailed where necessary, and I appreciate the technology stack behind it, which is one of the better products on the market. The regular reporting and API functionality make me trust the technology stack, and the performance from clients on the network is consistent and usually sets a strong standard benchmarked against other networks. The initial setup was simple due to good documentation, guides, and team support.

The reports directories and navigation is a little too detailed with not enough top level reviews and program overviews lacking visual aspects. I also find that it needs more functionality around exporting and exploring advertisers' directories. I like that Impact.com is a one-stop platform where I can reach out to and approach multiple brands, manage their different links, and check everything from one dashboard and login. It's under one domain, making it easy to approach multiple brands and manage multiple links. I appreciate the customization of links, letting me simply copy and paste the link to convert it into an affiliate link right from the dashboard. This feature is pretty handy and easy to use, saving me time. I also like how impact.com allows me to create and customize links with a custom URL slug, making it easier to remember and share with the community. The initial setup was pretty easy, with a self-explanatory dashboard and steps.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

During offers and promotions, the updates from brands, like bonuses or special promotions, are not reflected on impact.com. I faced an issue where a brand announced bonuses after reaching a certain sales number, but those bonuses didn't show up on the platform.

I like that impact.com encompasses a lot of features that aid affiliate marketers in successfully marketing different products, especially digital products. I appreciate the assets feature which helps me access different tools that can assist in marketing products for different brands. Another great aspect is how it helps organize and easily find brands to apply for their affiliate programs. The 'my brands' feature is really useful for keeping a list of all the brands that I have applied to and have been accepted by. I also like the 'find brands' feature, which helps me discover new brands that I can market. These features make impact.com very helpful for my affiliate marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The major aspect that I feel needs improvement is the ease with which new members can enter. I previously joined impact.com with my LinkedIn accounts, and along the line, I had an issue with my account which was permanently banned or disabled. When I tried creating a new account, it took quite a long time and a lot of issues. I think that is an area they need to improve: the baseline requirements to join the marketplace and create an account. Also, the initial setup wasn't really easy. It took a while to get approvals here and there, and it wasn't seamless.

I love the flexibility of impact.com and its many interesting built-in features. Using impact.com daily poses no complications for me, and it is also a secure platform. The initial setup, although a bit lengthy, was quite smooth because I could pick up where I left off, which was wonderful for me. I like that impact.com is simple to use and the platform isn't complicated. The auto approval system is a great feature, and my payments are usually on time. I often find good programs on impact.com, and there have been no issues so far. The customer support is very proactive in answering my questions. The onboarding process was much easier and faster than other platforms I've used, and it was extremely easy to set up. Everything is straightforward, and I could connect and verify my platform easily. The integration with Google Analytics is a very brilliant feature.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would say that not all programs have assets to promote them. So sometimes you sign up for an affiliate program, but then the only thing you get is a link. As an affiliate promoter, you need brand assets to be able to promote. Also, the ones that have brand assets, there's just a lot of assets that are outdated and need to be removed totally. I think there should be a way to autofill from your profile when you're applying, so you don't have to type every time you're applying for a new affiliate program.

In my role as IT director, I appreciate software that can be set up and handed off easily to the departments that use the tools. This was one of those ones that, once configured, it just works.

The navigation and functionality within the Shopify integration could be improved to make it feel more native to Shopify. It was a little confusing for non-technical folks to set up as it wasn't exactly clear in a step-by-step manner what needed to be accomplished. While it was easy to install, knowing which settings and configuration information needed to be completed took a little bit of hunting.

I really appreciate the quick approval process for new offers and brands — it saves a lot of time compared to other platforms. The reporting dashboard is highly detailed and accurate, providing real-time insights into performance, clicks, and conversions. The interface is intuitive, making campaign management, tracking, and payouts seamless. Overall, it’s a reliable, transparent, and data-driven platform that makes partnership operations faster and smarter.

There’s very little to dislike about Impact.com, but a few areas could be improved. The mobile interface could be more responsive and optimized for quick access to reports and approvals on the go. Additionally, some of the advanced analytics features require a bit of a learning curve at first. However, once you get familiar with the system, everything runs smoothly, and the overall experience is excellent.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with such global brands as Temu and Airalo. I especially like the quick link generation feature, which allows creating links with my own brand. This makes them more authoritative for my followers.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The website loading speed is very slow, and the site constantly logs out of the browser (profile). I need to log back into my account every time I visit impact.com and wait for the loading to complete. Also, I think you should update the UI as it seems outdated. It would be great if you release a mobile app for iOS.

I use impact.com for networking and finding partner brand deals. I like that it feels modern, and the interface is easy to navigate. The modern design and interface simplify what could otherwise be a very complex platform. The dashboard is clean and well-organized, which makes it easy to find partners and track performance, and manage campaigns without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy.

I think they need to lower the requirements for the marketplace. It prevents small creators from scaling.

I use impact.com to find brand deals and network. It solves the problem of connecting with brands willing to work with me. Its modern design and easy navigation simplify a complex platform, making it easier to find partners, track performance, and manage campaigns.

Reporting is great - tons of credibility with what brands use impact vs other network options 

dashboard is a lot more advanced than other partners

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Payments take way too long to hit our bank accounts - we also have to have them push bonus from standard invoices - would be great if there was a way to automate that instead 


It used to take forever when applications were accepted to them being added into my brands but it seems this issue has been fixed. 

I usually need to integrate to our Linkby dashboard right away and at times the application stays pending for a day or longer before I am able to be partnered and pull the program ID

we are a last click attribution model and coupon sites might be stripping these clicks and transactions but sale data is still showing in reports to combat any of that in terms of effective content.

our platform tracking is lack luster and Impact shows a lot more sales and conversion data that our platform does not provide

What’s not to love about impact? At first, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but once I got past that, I was genuinely impressed. Everything I needed was right there, all in one place. The opportunities seem endless, and the possibilities really do feel unlimited. With impact, it feels like the sky’s the limit. The resources and tools available are excellent, and there are so many features, along with helpful guides for learning and training.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

At first, it can feel extremely overwhelming, particularly for those who are new to content creation, influencing, or entrepreneurship. There never seem to be enough hours in the day—I could honestly spend the entire day just brainstorming and strategizing different ways to monetize.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Finding and managing brand partnerships is extremely time-consuming and often relying on DMs or complex spreadsheets which can lead to missed opportunities as I experience growth
Benefit: Impact.com provides a central marketplace to discover high-quality, relevant brands with existing affiliate or partnership programs. This streamlines the process of finding and joining programs, allowing me to dedicate more time to content creation rather than outreach. Creativity is where I flourish so this is ideal for me.

The dashboard is clean and updates quickly, which helps me know exactly how each partnership is doing.

Sometimes finding new brands or setting up a program can feel a little confusing. Once it’s connected, it’s great, but the first setup can take a few tries to figure out what goes where. Nothing major, just small learning curve stuff.

It helps me keep track of all my affiliate partnerships in one place instead of juggling different dashboards and links. The UI is clean, intuitive, and simplifies everything from onboarding partners to tracking performance. I especially love the automation tools - tracking, payouts, and partner management workflows save us countless hours. The reporting dashboard is robust and gives deep clarity on conversions, EPCs, partner performance, and attribution across channels. Their marketplace has also helped us discover relevant partners faster, improving program growth. Overall, it’s an extremely reliable and scalable solution for serious affiliate programs.

The platform can feel slightly overwhelming at first due to the sheer number of features available. There’s definitely a learning curve for new users who aren’t familiar with affiliate platforms. Some reports also take time to load and occasionally require multiple filters to get very specific data cuts. Customer support is good but could be quicker in providing resolutions during peak campaign periods.

I like the direct access to high-quality affiliate programs from brands I already use and trust, like Automattic (WordPress.com and Pressable). The dashboard, once you're in, is professional and provides clear tracking links and commission terms. The high-value commissions for partners like Pressable show that this is a platform for serious affiliate relationships.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The new user website verification process was by far the worst part and needs a complete review. I was stuck in a technical loop for over a day trying to verify my WordPress site. The automated bots for the meta tag, content, and even Google Analytics methods all failed repeatedly. This was likely due to caching, but the system gave no useful feedback. It was an extremely frustrating and difficult onboarding experience that nearly made me give up.

Impact.com solves the problem of having to find and manage dozens of separate affiliate programs. It centralizes everything. The primary benefit for me is getting direct access to premium brand partners, like Automattic (WordPress.com), and managing all my tracking links and payouts in one professional dashboard.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like how easy it is to navigate the platform and find the information you need. There are tons of reporting options, the ability to save reports makes coming back to them in the future a breeze, and the customer support has always been great. I use the platform daily, and have always been able to find what I need out of it.

The new features that have been added recently are very helpful and I love that Impact is listening to publisher feedback and taking action on it.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I wish that the platform was a bit more mobile-friendly. Sometimes, accessing information on the go can be a bit of a pain. The mobile app is a decent stop-gap but it's not the same experience as the web so it's not a seamless transition between the two.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting features are great and allow us to easily see what content is performing best, which merchants are working for us, and allows us to find new partnerships.
