What do you like best about S2M-group?

The fact that they live up to the results they promise, and the quality of the lead they generate. The leads generated by S2M have led us to close several major deals. In addition, they are highly skilled communicators, and provide comprehensive reporting to enable us to understand their activity and progress. The market insights they provide have been helpful for us to understand our market better. The expertise and problem-solving skills of their teams do not only make them an excellent lead generation service provider, but also a strategic partner for marketing and sales. What do you dislike about S2M-group?

There really is nothing I actually dislike about their services. I can point out that at the early stage of a project they were struggling to get the number of leads we expected, as we had a short kick-off time and needed to get used to the specificities of our solutions. If boosting your sales pipeline through external support is a topic for you, don't doubt to give this agency a chance. They have many years of experience on a global scale and count with dedicated, hard-working teams. What problems is S2M-group solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hired S2M to accelerate our B2B sales in Europe. I have been part of the NICE DACH Sales Team which has been supported by S2M since 2020. S2M offers account-based lead generation services, which we considered would be a good addition to our existing sales team. During the project, S2M worked with us as a partner. They target specific accounts for us with Account Based Marketing in order to create awareness and identify where interest in our solution lies, which they would convert into qualified leads. These qualified leads are then delivered to myself and our team in the form of qualified meetings. S2M shares all market intelligence they obtained through their lead generation with us via detailed reporting and alignment calls. They answer all questions quickly and in a clear manner. If there are issues reaching objectives due to the market situation or other reasons outside of their control, they share this and adapt their strategy so that they are still able to reach the objectives.
