Rydoo achieves just about everything we required, when I looked at different platforms we had two simple needs, the claimant to have as little as possible to do whilst the administrators and finance team got everything they needed out the back end without much intervention.
It's so straight forward to use as a user, the mobile phone app, the recognition and the email function make it drive such efficiencies that I'm confident our staff save a lot of time compared to the previous method of claiming expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It'd be good to set a few more things on a user by user basis, i.e. a default mileage rate - or even a function where the user enters their car registration and it knows the engine cc, the fuel, and picks from a set of predefined rates you've entered each time they do mileage (I should probably add this to the discovery portal) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
