What do you like best about Ruul?

As a marketing consultant, I work with different freelancers from around the world, and Ruul is my favorite platform for managing their payments. In an intuitive and straightforward way, I can see all the proforma invoices that my collaborators send me, pay them directly from the same platform, and receive the invoice for the work done from a single provider (Ruul).<br><br>I am inviting all my collaborators to use this tool to facilitate both invoice management and payment systems.<br><br>And undoubtedly, their customer service is top-notch. At first, I had many doubts about the process, about payments... and they always helped me. They even assisted me in conducting tests with payments from different banks to find the one that offered the most speed and the least commissions. The technical support, and in my case the operator Deniz, provided me with assistance daily until we found the best option for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruul?

It's a bit tedious at first to sign up, as Ruul is very strict to ensure that you are indeed a company, that you are providing the correct documentation, etc. Once the registration process is completed, everything is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
