Employee self onboarding feature may be a good addition. Also, if they can add hiring and performance appraisal feature, that would make it a complete solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Runtime HRMS:

If your employee strength is between 40-100 employees, go for it.

The best part is mobile based attendance, especially for employees who are working from home.

What problems is Runtime HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduced HR workload by using mobile workflows for leaves, claims and requests. Employees can raise requests for any concerns related to various departments and department heads can address those concerns. This reduced load from HR Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
