"Simple, Easy to Adopt, and Quick to Roll Out for Teams"

4/5

What do you like best about Runrun.it?

What stands out most is the simplicity and ease of use. It’s consistently ranked by users on G2 as one of the easiest project/work management tools to adopt, and that reputation feels well-earned. You can get a team up and running quickly, without a steep learning curve or an endless setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

The mobile experience is noticeably weaker, deeper customization options feel limited, notification volume can be a bit much, and the free plan’s limitations become noticeable pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Runrun.it solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything lives in one place, which makes it easy to stay oriented. I can open a board or dashboard and immediately see the real status of work, along with priorities and bottlenecks, without having to chase people down. That alone saves me a lot of mental energy and cuts down on the constant “where is that thing?” time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
