What do you like best about Runrun.it?

I really like the visual organization of tasks and the possibility of clear prioritization by colors and deadlines. This greatly facilitates tracking what is in progress and what is more urgent. Additionally, the productivity reports and time tracking per task greatly assist in team management and performance analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

One limitation I notice is that the interface can be a bit rigid, especially for more customized workflows. In some cases, there is a lack of greater flexibility in creating dashboards or custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Runrun.it solving and how is that benefiting you?

Runrun.it primarily solves the problem of lack of organization and visibility over the progress of tasks and projects within a team. Previously, it was common for activities to get lost in emails, scattered messages, or decentralized spreadsheets, which caused rework, delays, and difficulty in tracking the real productivity of each employee or area.
