Pricing is reasonable. Also, it is easy to set up the environment using ssh, so the initial barrier is not so disturbing. UI is simple and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some significant downsides, including:
1. while they offer cli commands for AI agents to setup the pod automatically, there is NO option for them to make a pod with already existing Network Volume. So most of the times, I have to do it by myself.
2. Volume disk and pod stop/resume: these functions are not working properly and are never useful, it is like they don't exist. There's never an enough amount of GPUs.
3. Performance, computing power depends a lot on each cases, even though I had chosen a same GPU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The gaps you flagged — spinning up a pod against an existing network volume through the CLI, stop/resume reliability, and performance consistency on the same GPU type — are useful, and we'll pass them along to the team.
