I've been using it for over 10 years. If you're just processing payroll, it's easy to get your pay cycle completed with a few clicks and entry of some numbers. I'm far from a power user; I simply run payroll and keep track of timesheets in a different program, but the integrated timesheets/timetracking would be a great tool if I still had a full staff, saving time on data entry each pay cycle. The website does tend to be sluggish, with menu load-times and page loads not loading in a snappy manner, it can get frustrating when you're trying to quickly get something done. Over the years I've had to contact support for various technical support issues and the agents have always been knowledgable and quick to address the problems. They've recently integrated AI support features which are pretty good at getting answers to common problems, but for anything beyond simply providing information, you still need to talk with a person. Pricing-wise, I have a sweetheart deal from when I first signed up and get more than half off processing, so I've stuck with it even as my payroll needs have become sporadic due to downsizing. Calling the 800 number, or even chat, it is very easy to get ahold of someone in customer service to help with any issues I may have. I use RUN probably 2-3x a week, so I am in there often. The breakdown for adding federal and state tax/withholding information helps a lot, I never know what to do where off the top of my head, so having it broken down by line item and the little answer question marks makes onboarding smooth. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I do not like how time card corrections are in another window. It can be complicated as a small business when you are growing and hiring new employees, terminating employees. Each state in the US has their own forms and record keeping requirements, and if you are not compliant the fines imposed can cost thousands of dollars. Onboarding, and remaining compliant throughout employment, through the end of employment, is a huge benefit. Now that we use RUN, we do not have to wonder if we have all records up to par. We were able to pre make "new hire" folders ready to use upon onboarding. These folders contain all you need to hire someone properly. Surprisingly there is quite a bit of documentation the employer needs to retain when hiring. You can also store this information electronically, eliminating the risk of misplacing a file, or a file being damaged. ### 19. I simply enter my employees and their hours, and ADP takes care of the rest, from Direct Deposits to paper checks and W-2 forms. I love that it allows me to focus on building my business and improves my cash flow and profits by taking the hassle out of payroll. The easy, no-nonsense approach and impeccable customer service are highlights for me. The data entry process is super simple, and if I have any questions or concerns, their customer service is quick, courteous, and always resolves my issues. Setting up my account was a breeze, thanks to ADP representative Imani, who handled everything in just one day. The easy reports guide helps me submit all my documents easily for Workmen’s Compensation Insurance audits. I rate ADP a 10 because it truly is the best payroll service. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I like everything. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP simplifies payroll processing, freeing up my time to focus on business growth.
