**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Once the profiles are set up, everything feels efficient and professional. Payroll and HR tasks are all in one place and nicely organized. The platform saves me so much time that the fees feel worth it for the efficiency and time saved.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the reports I need for unusual annual reporting. Occasionally, the wait for customer service is a bit long when something can’t be handled directly on the platform.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle new-hire onboarding through ADP, along with payroll and a few other HR items. The efficiency and accuracy give me peace of mind, so I don’t have to worry about things on behalf of my employees.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

ADP RUN is very easy to use and navigate, and it comes with great customer service. Support is available at all times, whether I’m opening a case, calling in, or using the chat.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The least helpful aspect of ADP Run is that the reporting isn’t always as precise as my organization needs. I think it would work best if we had more flexibility to manipulate custom reports.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently onboarding multiple employees at the same time, and ADP Run is helping us stay organized and on track with all of our onboarding tasks. It also notifies us when a task hasn’t been completed on the employee’s end, which helps us keep everything moving.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I like the ability to allow new employees to upload their own information via a link, which lessens the chance of inputting incorrect information and frees up my time to do other things. RUN Powered by ADP also helps free up time I previously spent on time tracking and processing payroll, and we've integrated our 401K into RUN, freeing up additional time and resources. We utilize the ability to automatically send payroll journal entries to QuickBooks online. Generally, I find the RUN platform to be user-friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The payroll processing is a bit clunky if changes need to be made. Saving payroll to come back and finish later is difficult. Lines that are split for different wage codes will not save if i need to leave the screen for any reason in the middle of payroll, even after saving.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RUN Powered by ADP frees up time by automating time tracking, payroll processing, and 401K integration. Employees input their own info, reducing errors and saving me time.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I love that I can request to speak to a real person and always get a real person. This is important with the AI trying to take over our jobs. I always get the answers I need, and they walk me through the process. It's always fast and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Only complaint I have is I wish your company created the works comp certificates. It took a minute, but I was able to figure it out. The company we worked through for works comp did all the work for me, I just had to give a list of jobs we had open. Any questions I had, I was able to get answers from a live agent. I do not like the AI, but I love being able to reach out without having to make a phone call.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really don't have any problems with your system. It is always fast to load and I am always able to reach out to a live agent with any questions I have. I have been working on integrating birthdays and other employee information we use daily.

I really like the way RUN Powered by ADP is set up. It's very user-friendly and helps to save me time, so I don't have to worry much about payroll because I know it's being done correctly. The support is always available and willing to help with whatever issues I have, and I find the representatives very pleasant. I appreciate the AI integration, which helps me quickly find forms, old payrolls, or submission statuses without having to speak to an agent. I like how organized ADP is and how they handle everything for me, which is efficient and cost-effective. Setup was easy because ADP did everything for me, unlike when I had to manually enter everything with QuickBooks, and I like that.

RUN Powered by ADP streamlines payroll processing and tax filing, saving me time and ensuring accuracy. Their AI integration helps find forms quickly, and the platform's user-friendly setup reduces my workload. The efficiency and organization are why I switched back from QuickBooks.

It is fast easy to use and provides me with the right reports to help me do my job. I have used this program since it was 1st offered to our company. It's must easier than most of the payroll programs my other clients use.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Really no downsides, that I'm able to find - except about a year ago you changed they way reports can be uploaded to Excel. I'll reported that it was very had to reconfigure into the way I use to have it download. So now I run the monthly reports as a pdf and entered into an old template, I havee saved.  Takes me longer to re-work my monthly data but I found a work around.

I had a issue last year where I needed to enter back employer simple retirement benefits to several employees.  I was able to do it and I found it was very easy.

The reliability of the features that are on the app.  Its easy to navigate and find the information needed for my account.   What I like best about RUN Powered by ADP is that it is user-friendly and makes it easy to access important payroll and employment information in one place. The platform simplifies tasks such as viewing pay statements, managing tax documents, and updating personal information. Its reliability and intuitive interface make routine HR and payroll processes efficient and convenient.

It’s a single platform that lets us manage all of our employee benefits in one place, using one system for both payroll and benefits. The automatic deduction calculations help cut down on manual data entry, and the employee self-service portal makes it easier for employees to handle their own information. It also supports many insurance carriers, and overall it makes administration during open enrollment much easier.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Benefits functionality can vary depending on the ADP package you purchase. Some of the more advanced HR features may require adding extra ADP modules. Also, integrating with non-ADP systems can take additional setup and, in some cases, may require third-party connectors.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees can enroll in benefits, view their current elections, update beneficiaries, and access plan information. The platform also supports ACA compliance, eligibility tracking, and reporting for applicable employers. The onboarding process was very easy. It was great to speak to a local representative to help us get set up. I felt very supported. Adding new Employees is very easy. i love the feature that lets the employee add their info. I also like the ability to pay our contractors. Overall easy to use, secure and effective

I have not run into any issues that my self or the chat/ assistant havent veen able to solve. overall no serious issues.

I had an issue adding a new employee and getting a new state tax ID number at short notice so i could pay my new employee. They were able to resolve the issue in 10 minutes.

Ease of use with running payroll, clear reporting. The ability to see what debits and credits that came through the bank are. Customer service is always helpful with chat and co-browse options.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Not being able to cancel a payroll before it's been debited from the bank. I use another payroll company for another client, and this is an option which is helpful when you realize something was missed or needs to be added. A short window to cancel and rerun would be nice.

Full service payroll that I know will be correctly processed. Timecards are clear and easy to edit when necessary. I can easily pull reports needed for bookkeeping.

I really like how easy it is to use on both my phone and desktop interchangeably. I can download reports and add new employees without any hassle, which saves me time. I also appreciate the customer service that’s provided. Pricing is fair with all that RUN has to offer and I have never once had a problem with performance (top notch!).

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I wish I could download the excel reports from my phone. I have not been able to do that, only pdf. It seems I can only access the excel reports from my desktop. I also would like to have a window just after processing a payroll (say 1 hour) to be able to make corrections if needed.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business uses RUN to pay our W-2 employees as well as contribute to our 401K plan. Both are beneficial for obvious reasons but the 401K has been a game changer and really elevated the benefits that our company offers.

The most helpful thing about RUN Powered by ADP is that it is set on GO all the time. If I have no payroll changes, I don't have to do a single thing. No worries!

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Today I received an email stating our organization missed payment on our payroll fee. We are set up on auto pay and have been for as many years as I can remember. Thank goodness ADP has a chat feature! I started a chat with JC and he said ADP would take care of the issue. I'm not quite sure what happened but it's fixed now and I was able to work on another project while waiting for JC's response.

I am the Finance Director at my day job and the Treasurer at my local church on nights and weekend's. Whether the business is large or small, I don't have to worry about tax liability!! Thank you ADP for taking that stress off my shoulders!!

What I like best about RUN Powered by ADP is that it simplifies payroll and HR into one easy-to-use platform. Payroll processing is straightforward, taxes are calculated and filed automatically, and employee direct deposits are reliable. As a small business owner, saving time and reducing the risk of payroll errors is extremely important, and RUN has helped us accomplish that.

I also appreciate having access to payroll reports, employee records, tax documents, and HR resources all in one place. The platform makes onboarding employees, managing payroll history, and handling year-end tax forms much more efficient. Customer support has also been helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance navigating a feature.

Overall, RUN Powered by ADP has allowed us to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on growing our business.

While RUN Powered by ADP is reliable, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some features require navigating through multiple menus, so finding specific reports or settings isn't always as intuitive as it could be. The pricing can also add up as additional services or features are added, which can be challenging for small businesses trying to manage costs.

RUN Powered by ADP has helped us solve several time-consuming payroll and compliance challenges. Before using it, payroll, tax filings, employee records, and year-end reporting required significantly more manual work and increased the risk of mistakes. With RUN, payroll is processed quickly, payroll taxes are calculated and filed automatically, and employee pay stubs and tax forms are easily accessible.

As our business has grown, having a centralized system for payroll and HR has made it much easier to manage employees, maintain accurate records, and stay compliant with tax requirements. The platform has reduced administrative work, improved accuracy, and given us confidence that payroll is being handled correctly. Ultimately, it allows us to spend more time focusing on running and growing our business instead of worrying about payroll and compliance.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

RUN by ADP has made processing payroll easy. The interface is very clean and user friendly. The side navigation panel makes locating any type of additional data a breeze. 

We integrated our accounting software with our payroll processing. The GL file is generated right after we approve our payroll.

The pricing is extremely fair and less than we had been paying with our previous vendor (Paychex).

Most of our issues when they arise are addressed by ADP support whether it be utilizing the AI chat or use instructions or a representative that reaches out directly.

Overall, RUN by ADP has performed superiorly when compared to other vendors.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I feel like the AI needs a bit of work as when I have asked it questions in the past, it does not always understand what I am asking.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently one problem we had dealt with an additional tax jurisdiction that was set up in error during our implementation. An ADP rep reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue quickly. She went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved and even followed up with me to let me know it was indeed corrected.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

We switched from ADP to another payroll service since all of our business accounting is with the other service.  I thought having payroll and PTO tracking in one place with accounting would simplify things for me as the business owner.  BOY WAS I WRONG.  Run Powered by ADP services are 24 hours a day.  The other payroll service's customer service ends at 8pm EST.  I'm often doing payroll or other HR things late into the evening or very early in the morning and trying to work around the inconvenient time schedule of other service was insane difficult.  With ADP I can have questions answered any time of the day.  I am not shuffled between different people with different skill sets and waiting on hold for next expert to help me.  One call to ADP and one customer service representative answers all my questions, helps me correct any errors, teaches me how to prevent mistakes from happening in the future  and educates me on the process I have questions about.  Switching back to ADP was a seamless process as well.  Where as switching from ADP to the other payroll service was complicated, lengthy and confusing.  Run Powered by ADP's new feature of allowing my staff to request PTO is very helpful to keep track of the PTO they have use and have left to use.  The ADP time tracking option via mobile app is super easy to use and convenient.  There is not one thing I do not like about ADP.  If asked I will recommend ADP every single time.

NOTHING. ADP services are extraordinary and of the highest quality in the payroll, HR market.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Off-cycle payroll.  Two types of payroll within my office (bi-weekly and semimonthly), time tracking for clocking-in errors by staff or missed punches by staff, log-in problems, paper checks.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

My experience with RUN Powered by ADP has been very positive. The platform has greatly facilitated my payroll routine, organization of processes and employee information, and monitoring in HR processes. It corrects dates, verifies and corrects employees' bank accounts, corrects improper 401k deductions, and offers me 100% of the support I need. I find the ease of chatting especially valuable, as it has really brought me more security, control, and efficiency in payments, saving me time on a daily basis. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

It would be helpful if the cashback invoices that go into the company's account included the employee's name. When I credit, for example, $290 related to the 401k, I would like to know who requested the return. Currently, I know how to find the invoice with the help of assistants, but the recipient's name is missing, which leaves the responsibility to the company.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RUN Powered by ADP makes my payroll routine easier, organizes employee processes and information, corrects data, verifies and corrects bank accounts, and improper deductions. It gives me security, control, efficiency, and full support, as well as saving my daily time.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I really like how easy it is to connect with and how personable the ADP team is. This makes a big difference because payroll and taxes can be stressful, and having someone to reach out to and receive quick responses from really helps decrease the stress. I also find the reports easy to read; they contain all the necessary information without having to run several reports, which saves time and helps in spotting any entry errors that may have happened. The initial setup was low stress as well, thanks to our onboard team with ADP handling most of the work.

The biggest benefit has been not having to keep up with constantly changing payroll tax requirements. RUN handled payroll calculations, federal and state tax filings, due dates, W-2s, and compliance tasks that would have been time consuming and easy to get wrong. That allowed me to focus on running the business instead of worrying about payroll regulations.

The biggest challenge has been account administration rather than payroll itself. Common tasks such as changing service levels, modifying payroll schedules, or winding down a business often require contacting customer support instead of being available as self-service options. I would also like more flexibility in pricing and feature bundles. As our business downsized, we still needed payroll processing and tax filing, but not every premium feature. More modular plans would make it easier for small businesses to pay only for the services they actually use.

I really enjoy how RUN Powered by ADP has significantly decreased payroll processing time for us, giving us more time for other tasks. The Vendor Pay option is fantastic, allowing us to pay employee deductions for fundraisers directly from our account, simplifying a process that was previously manual and time-consuming. The onboarding abilities are also excellent, making it a breeze to set up new employees with all the needed information quickly and efficiently. It's nice that the system offers to send the invite directly to the new employee and covers all aspects like tax info, pay info, deductions, and paid time off. The implementation specialists were also wonderful, offering help quickly and kindly during the somewhat tedious initial setup.

There could be some improvement with the PTO portion of the system. The PTO only gives a balance rather than a running balance for our employees to be able to view when they have taken time and what they have accrued/when. You have to look back through your paystub to view the accruals, which is tedious for employees.

I don't use every feature of the product though either so I may not be the best judge of all the products. The only downside of Run Powered by ADP is when you are preparing payroll you can't stop and go back without it re-importing the hours.  I make adjustments between hours in my departments and it always defaults back to the origninal but keeps the adjustment, causing potential overpayment of employees.

Payroll calculation is automatically operated, tax computations are done by itself, the employee self-service helps to address more frequent HR inquiries.

Though building very bespoke reports may call for more work, the reporting tools meet most typical demands. There are few places where, mostly witching between payroll, employee records and HR functionalities, navigation can be more simplified.

I think the simplicity is the most important thing about RUN Powered by ADP. I like how I can quickly run payroll for my entire team, sometimes in just a few minutes. It's very straightforward and streamlined, taking care of all the tax breakdowns and paperwork so I don't have to. Everything is just lined up in a table, which makes adjusting numbers and reviewing for accuracy really easy before processing. Onboarding new employees is also very easy. I appreciate that it's reasonably priced in terms of payroll costs, and I find the system fantastic with its really great breakdown of benefits, taxes, and withdrawals.

There's one or two features where I have to always call or chat with ADP to get an additional state added to the list of states where certain employees of mine work, like when I'm onboarding a new 1099 worker. I have to keep asking them to add a state into the work locations field because that state isn't available for the person to self-onboard. It's not a big deal, and I kind of understand why it's not there, as it might cost ADP money each time they add another state. So, it's not a minor inconvenience.

Support is always amazing and they know exactly what I need.  They are proactive as well and keep me informed of pertinent information in relation to the holidays and things that directly impact all things payroll, which is amazing.  Pricing is great and they contact me if there are specials or anything they can do to help me save money.  It is integrated with other applications I use as well which is helpful and allows me to utilize careerplug with the package I have. RUN is so user friendly, I like how I can get to anywhere with the smart search rather than clicking multiple places to get to a specific tab.  Reporting is great, and very simple to hop in and out of payroll as needed to make sure payroll is correct.  The 24 hr turnaround on Direct Deposit is helpful because I get busy and can even do same day Direct Deposit if needed for no additional fee.  Customer service is 24/7 which is nice because I work a 9-5 and my ADP time is after 5pm.  The General Ledger Interface with QuickBooks saves me and my bookkeeper so much time.  I even use the ADP marketplace to integrate Homebase time sheets directly into RUN.  I have integrated 401K and Workers Comp as well and it makes things so much easier.  The ADP Assist AI helps highlight and catch errors in processing which is also helpful.  Overall pricing is competitive, and it's true you get what you pay for.  I know I would be doing a lot more work using a smaller cheaper provider, and with ADP I can focus on what drives revenue, not payroll.

The ADP timekeeping could use better scheduling functionality, it lacks the ability to copy schedules and easy swap so I have to use another company for that. I wish there was an employee messaging tool so I could easily push a notification for them to sign up for paperless W2's or message about an employees birthday, meetings, anything.  I also wish the handbook had more formatting functionality to have page breaks, and produce a prettier, more formal handbook I can download.

I like the run portal interface. Prior to ADP I was using Paychex for payroll and am very happy with the ADP portal experience, it's much more user friendly and easier to get things done. Primarily, I use the payroll feature to run payroll and the reports. I like the payroll report package that is generated after each pay period, it contains everything I need to see. I also run quarterly reports which are great.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The only thing that I miss from Paychex that ADP doesn't have is the 15 minute window of time that Paychex offers after submitting payroll to make any adjustments. It's a nice failsafe to have 15 minutes to go back and make an adjustment if you notice that something isn't right. Seems like this could be added into the software easily. The other issue that ADP might want to consider is having a dedicated representative for each account. This is something that Paychex offers that ADP does not. I primarily use the Run software and don't have to contact an agent frequently, but it would be nice to have a dedicated human to contact should the need arise.

One issue that we had with Paychex was lots of unnecessary fees. That has vanished since beginning with ADP. I love that ADP files taxes on our behalf and makes the reporting feature very easy to understand and access.

RUN ADP is very user-friendly. It’s easy to navigate, and everything I need is in a convenient place that’s simple to find. The main menu is detailed and well organized, which makes it quick and straightforward to locate what I’m looking for.

I wouldn’t say there’s anything I truly dislike. We’ve been using ADP Run for close to a year now, and so far it’s been great. If I had to nitpick, the only thing is that when I click on something to learn more, I end up getting too many emails from people reaching out.

We’ve recently been looking for better ways for our employees to clock in and out. We use another system that we’re encouraged to use, but it isn’t very efficient. ADP RUN makes it easy for us to track time, update entries, and quickly fix any login errors.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and tax preparation for my insurance business. The service is great, and if there's ever a wait, it's a short one. The team has helped me with my tax questions as well as payroll changes. It helps me solve any questions about payroll, hours, and commission my team may have, and it's a very convenient and efficient tool to manage and access any tax forms I may need. What I like most is the 24/7 access to all my payroll needs. The app has helped me submit my payroll from anywhere if I happen to forget to submit it — great tool! The customer support is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Between the app, customer service, and accessibility of forms, there hasn't been a concern that I can't solve. I switched from SurePay, which was slow to help with questions and concerns, and ADP was a better fit and much easier to use during tax season. The setup was very easy, and the reps at ADP made the transition seamless.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and benefits. It helps me calculate payroll and keep track of employee info in one place. What I like most is that I can get almost every report I might need in just a few minutes. I use the employee lists and wage reports the most. The employee reports help us keep track of contact info and benefits enrollment. My accountant also uses it to incorporate info for QuickBooks. We switched from Paychex, which was too cumbersome and expensive. The initial setup was not perfect but not terrible.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and tax payment, and it makes it easy for me to not miss deadlines. My taxes are always paid on time after I finish our payroll. It's easy to use, and I appreciate the chat feature that helps me get help whenever I need it. There were multiple occasions where we forgot to pay an employee and ADP was able to show me how to fix my error right away, before the employee even knew that we missed his check. The chat is convenient to use. I don't have to wait on the line for someone to answer. I can set up the chat and work on other things while I wait to be helped. The wait for help is usually very low, so it's nice that I don't have to wait long on most occasions. Sometimes ADP catches my mistakes, reminding me to check to make sure I didn't miss paying someone. There was a time when ADP helped me correct a huge mistake on an employee's profile. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The only adjustment to the system is that I would appreciate if more job descriptions were available, we have employees who work in multiple positions.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to use platform. If you do have a question the chat bot does a pretty good job. If the chatbot doesn't answer the question your linked to a customer service agent that quickly answers the questions. I like having this feature. Adding employees is a breeze.

I have recently came on to this team. Having never used ADP this was very easy to Navigate, and quickly able to be run. In the past I have used several different platforms. They seemed to have a thousand steps. I dreaded doing payroll. So if your looking for nice/quick/ easy this is the one to use.

After doing my small business' payroll myself for nearly 37 years, when I relocated to New York my new accountant recommended I use ADP for payroll. I should have done it sooner. It is so simple and not having to worry about all of the requisite forms that need to be filed for the State and IRS has truly saved me an incredible amount of time. I have also had wonderful experiences with the customer service agents on the rare occasions where I didn't know how to find some information (workers comp audit) on the site. I highly recommend using ADP to any small business that is doing payroll related things themselves, it's a huge timesaver and the cost is not overly expensive.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I've been using the program for two years now and so far I have no complaints.

Besides saving me time, it saves me from the stress of wondering if I made any mistakes with reporting or forgot to submit documentation. It is entirely automated and taken care of for me!

I really appreciate the ease of use and flexibility of RUN Powered by ADP. It's convenient to just log in online and quickly run payroll, make necessary adjustments, or set up new team members. Managing exits is also straightforward. In addition, their customer support is responsive, addressing my concerns via chat or email fairly quickly. The initial setup was smooth with good support from the onboarding specialist.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Just the integration between my third party 401k company and ADP. I think that's really challenging. I wish that was available, but every time I try to do that, somebody tries to sell me the 401k products or for ADP, and unfortunately, that's not what I'm looking for at the moment. So, you know, that's running separately.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for running payroll services biweekly, managing adjustments, and adding or exiting team members with ease. Its flexibility and convenience make managing these tasks simple.

i didn't like that my phone number couldn't be used on more than one account. i have a personal account for myself where i am the employee, then i also have an administrative account where i am an admin. i think this may have been fixed though.

RUN makes sure our small business is keeping track of legal requirements for employee handbooks, and making sure we are set up with other compliance requirements like tax withholdings and disability insurance, etc. we are a small team and it means a lot to have our HR compliance reviewed and guided by ADP

I love the ease of use. We hardly have any issues and if an issue arises it is handled very quickly and efficiently. Having everything handled by them makes the payroll worries go away.

We are a smaller company and we don't have access to as many reports as I had at my previous employer. I do miss all those reporting capabilities at my old company.

They handle all new employee filings and taxes. It gives my mind ease. The ability for my employees to log in and make changes helps also, quite a few don't like coming in and filing out paperwork

I don't have any dislikes. I'm not sure what else to type hear since I don't have any complaints about Run. When I call customer service the wait time was a little long but they resolved my question.

I had a problem with an associate that couldn't log in to the ADP app on his phone.  He called customer service and they referred him to contact his admin at our office.  I called and had it fixed.

I have never had any issues. Always easy to navigate on the website, greta pricing for the data I have and for the service I receive. Great futures, no improvements needed.

I process payroll and HR in the RUN Powered by ADP. I also look for the answers for some hiring questions I may have along the way whether it is I n state or pout-of-state.
