What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The platform is easy to use, I feel I can always call customer service and get the answer I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The platform auto-fills, and I do not know how to turn that off. I want to be able to chat and not have to call sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RUN Powered by ADP:

My advise would be to get in contact with someone at RUN so you know all of the benefits they offer. There are so many services that can help with every day life especially in a small company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The time and attendance has a lock and ADP helped me understand how to unlock the time cards. Also, a place to add a covid pay column to track employees that are missing work due to covid related issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
