I can download reports and add new employees without any hassle, which saves me time. I also appreciate the customer service that’s provided. Pricing is fair with all that RUN has to offer and I have never once had a problem with performance (top notch!). **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I wish I could download the excel reports from my phone. I have not been able to do that, only pdf. It seems I can only access the excel reports from my desktop. I also would like to have a window just after processing a payroll (say 1 hour) to be able to make corrections if needed. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business uses RUN to pay our W-2 employees as well as contribute to our 401K plan. If I have no payroll changes, I don't have to do a single thing. We are set up on auto pay and have been for as many years as I can remember. Thank goodness ADP has a chat feature! I started a chat with JC and he said ADP would take care of the issue. The interface is very clean and user friendly. The side navigation panel makes locating any type of additional data a breeze. We integrated our accounting software with our payroll processing. The GL file is generated right after we approve our payroll. The pricing is extremely fair and less than we had been paying with our previous vendor (Paychex). Most of our issues when they arise are addressed by ADP support whether it be utilizing the AI chat or use instructions or a representative that reaches out directly. Overall, RUN by ADP has performed superiorly when compared to other vendors. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I feel like the AI needs a bit of work as when I have asked it questions in the past, it does not always understand what I am asking. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most recently one problem we had dealt with an additional tax jurisdiction that was set up in error during our implementation. An ADP rep reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue quickly. I thought having payroll and PTO tracking in one place with accounting would simplify things for me as the business owner. BOY WAS I WRONG. Run Powered by ADP services are 24 hours a day. The other payroll service's customer service ends at 8pm EST. I'm often doing payroll or other HR things late into the evening or very early in the morning and trying to work around the inconvenient time schedule of other service was insane difficult. With ADP I can have questions answered any time of the day. I am not shuffled between different people with different skill sets and waiting on hold for next expert to help me. One call to ADP and one customer service representative answers all my questions, helps me correct any errors, teaches me how to prevent mistakes from happening in the future and educates me on the process I have questions about. Switching back to ADP was a seamless process as well. Where as switching from ADP to the other payroll service was complicated, lengthy and confusing. Run Powered by ADP's new feature of allowing my staff to request PTO is very helpful to keep track of the PTO they have use and have left to use. The ADP time tracking option via mobile app is super easy to use and convenient. There is not one thing I do not like about ADP. If asked I will recommend ADP every single time. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** NOTHING. ADP services are extraordinary and of the highest quality in the payroll, HR market. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Off-cycle payroll. Two types of payroll within my office (bi-weekly and semimonthly), time tracking for clocking-in errors by staff or missed punches by staff, log-in problems, paper checks. ### 6. It corrects dates, verifies and corrects employees' bank accounts, corrects improper 401k deductions, and offers me 100% of the support I need. I find the ease of chatting especially valuable, as it has really brought me more security, control, and efficiency in payments, saving me time on a daily basis. When I credit, for example, $290 related to the 401k, I would like to know who requested the return. The Vendor Pay option is fantastic, allowing us to pay employee deductions for fundraisers directly from our account, simplifying a process that was previously manual and time-consuming. The onboarding abilities are also excellent, making it a breeze to set up new employees with all the needed information quickly and efficiently. It's nice that the system offers to send the invite directly to the new employee and covers all aspects like tax info, pay info, deductions, and paid time off. The reports are self-explanatory and onboarding is incredibly simple and easy. The payroll process is streamlined, allowing me to complete it fairly quickly, which I really appreciate. I also believe the initial setup was very seamless. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The time and attendance portion of RUN Powered by ADP is not always the most user-friendly. I feel like it's a little outdated. I don't love that they don't always both sides speak to each other. Time and attendance is sometimes off. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP covers all of my payroll needs, including employee deductions and onboarding. It also tracks employee time and attendance and integrates with 401(k) plans, which lets employees manage their deductions while also helping with employer 401(k) funding. Workers’ Comp audits used to be very cumbersome and time-consuming. However, RUN helped by making it possible to pull multi-year payroll information in a usable format, which solved the issue of having to manually combine the years myself. ### 41. I like the way the run payroll looks when entering hours, and it's very user-friendly. The help desk is always really reliable and easy to work with if I have any issues. ADP did all the setup for me, so it was very easy and super smooth. My sales guy was wonderful and checked in with me every six months to make sure there weren't any issues. I always recommend it. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** . We need to split employee hours between multiple jobs for accurate job costing. RUN by ADP does not offer a practical way to allocate payroll hours across multiple jobs, which creates additional manual work and limits to our labor cost. I have to run multiple report, and since you changed how they are exported into excel. I have to do even more work to split hours into the different job cost. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP makes payroll much quicker and easier for me. Solving problems around payroll can be so stressful, and every customer service rep I have spoken to so far has been incredibly helpful and thorough. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The thing I dislike most about RUN is I wish that there was a free version of the app for employees to be able to access their paystubs. We frequently have issues with employees not being able to access their accounts if they have had employers use ADP in the past. If a free version of the app with less features were available with every subscription I think that would be helpful. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me a very user friendly and low cost interface to run payroll. I would rate it a 10 because it saves so much time and money. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** One of the things I don't like so much is when you go to check your 401K your retirement plan there's a separate login for that that you need to have. That can sometimes be a hassle but it's not a major thing. It would be nice if that was all just included with your login for ADP. I think another thing that could be improved or what I might suggest is a little more clarity around the reports what exactly they do or more definition of defined and purpose for each one because there's so many options and that can be overwhelming and sometimes you might not know what report to choose and you just have to search until you find the right. Because sometimes it's there you just have to dig through to find it. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP to handle payroll, retirement, and unemployment insurance in one system.
