What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The on-boarding process was very professional! The interface is extremely functional and easy to use. The automatic payments to the IRS and all W-2 fillings is great. And the employee app is easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

There were a few glitches in the onboarding process—some employees were brought over as terminated. And two other employees somehow were terminated later on but nobody in my company terminated them in ADP—it just happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RUN Powered by ADP:

I used to think that ADP was for big companies—I was wrong. They have saved me a ton of time and money and help grow our HR systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The cost is overall less than my previous provider and more of my payroll systems are automated. I don't have to worry about making payments to the IRS or hiring my CPA to file W-2's! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
