What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

RUN gives me the security of knowing that I'm working with ADP, and that their expertise and size mean that I have a powerful, trustworthy resource at my back. I had previously had a bad experience with a small, local company that defrauded its customers out of millions. While my company was small and our loss was negligible compared to the other clients of that agency, we still did have to pay back taxes that had not been submitted by that agency. The fact that Run is powered by ADP gives us so much more a sense of security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

There's not much to dislike in the RUN system, and I would say it is only in a few of the more finicky interactions that I have any short moments of frustration at all -- and those are usually because I don't know my way around EVERYTHING in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our payroll is completely handled with just me putting in the rates and the hours for each employee. The ability to easily manage advances or reimbursements is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
