What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I love how affordable it is. The support team is quick and efficient, and I can access everything in one place—from workers’ comp to timekeeping and payroll handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I haven’t run into many issues. The only thing I wish were different is that when you delete an account or user from your RUN account, the email would be freed up automatically, instead of having to wait for support to handle it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RUN ADP has helped me solve payroll issues, workers’ comp, and get backend support for my account when I mess things up. Everyone is kind and efficient. The automated features provide a lot of support when it comes to simple questions, and the system performs well, so I’m never stuck waiting. We chose to integrate timekeeping and workers’ comp into our RUN ADP account, and everything is easy to find and inexpensive. The UI is also very simple, which is extremely helpful for our older admins who are not as tech savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
