What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Ease of website functionality. I had a billing issue and am able to locate invoices and balances. I had a question on an additional invoice and the help support function got me connected to a representative that was able to investigate the invoice and resolve my issue. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

At first, it was frustrating that I needed multiple logins to go from ADP payroll to retirement. It looks like they’ve recently fixed that issue, though, and now you have the option to consolidate your login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have to hire a payroll company that doesn’t provide software we can access ourselves, especially in cases where they run payroll late or we need to adjust or update employee information at any time. There are also times when contributions are late, and we need to find out why they weren’t submitted. Usually, it can take up to two days to get someone from the payroll company to respond to our requests or resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
