RUN is very user-friendly. I like that I can customize payroll deductions and set a limit on the deduction in case I forget in future payroll periods. It’s also easy to add or remove employees and update any personnel information when needed. Overall, it moves fluidly from one month to the next, which makes payroll feel straightforward. I would like to be able to link my health insurance policies to employees’ payroll details to streamline the monthly reconciliation process. I have some employees who do not receive a paycheck through RUN by ADP, but they do use the RUN PTO time and attendance portal. For those employees, I would like their hours to accrue automatically each month; instead, I have to manually calculate their accrued time and make adjustments every month.
