What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I really like how simple and easy it is for employers and employees to use. I really like that I can access my ADPRun from a management side via the app as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Very minor things that sometimes are an issue, the information provided from some of the Help & Support instructions seem to be rather vague. Also, don't like that you have to be very spot on when typing what type of step by step instructions you are looking for or the info you will receive won't be even close to what is needed or there will not be any info available. What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

It seems to me that Run is diligently working on better employee timeliness tracking, i.e. being able to upload promotion or job change documents in the same area that shows the info for the employee. This is very helpful so that the employer doesn't have to go back to the Employee Documents for this information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
