What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Makes my payroll super easy to manage. I honestly don't know how to process my payroll in such a timely manner without ADP. And their online agents are the best agents there are I've worked with in the business. Always courteous, patient and resolves my problems any time I need help. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I couldn't think of anything that I truly dislike at this point. They are excellent. If there is any, maybe the AI assistant. I know it's a big trend and unavoidable to use AI assistant and there will only be more usage using them. I wish there would be one day they will be able to handle more complicated questions. We might not be far from that day but until then, I'm still very happy to stick with using an online agent at any time when I have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help tremendously with my payroll processing by keeping everything handy in one place. I'm able to download ledger straight to my Quickbooks which only use a brief minute of my time to do so. With a lot of employees and contractors we need to pay each period, this has been by far, the best payroll processing options there is and paychecks have always arrived on time. With a small processing fee for each pay period this is something all business should consider signing up for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
