Easy to use, without a bunch of extra stuff that makes it confusing or hard to find things. The notifications are nice, and it’s also affordable compared to other payroll programs. The integrations seem nice, but we don’t use them. Support is easy to contact, and the chat is simple to use. AI hasn’t been super helpful, but I can always seem to reach someone when I need to. We’ve had an issue adding an admin who is also an employee. Other payroll systems I’ve used have allowed an employee profile to be made an admin without having to create a separate profile. We ran into a problem because this employee only has one phone number, and we couldn’t attach it to both accounts. We’ve also had issues with multiple people working in the same payroll. There’s a lot to enter, and we have several people who review and double-check it. It’s been glitchy to have it open on multiple computers at the same time, although I understand some of that may also come down to communication on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
